• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered product experiences from concept through production. • Architect and implement scalable AI systems leveraging LLMs, embeddings, multimodal models, retrieval systems, agent frameworks, and modern data infrastructure. • Build production-grade multi-agent workflows and orchestration systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Mastra, and custom tooling. • Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including embeddings, vector search, retrieval pipelines, chunking strategies, and relevance tuning. • Build multimodal AI workflows that analyze and reason over images, creative assets, and visual datasets using modern multimodal LLMs, embedding models, and specialized tooling such as SAM2/SAM3. • Create AI-assisted experiences for search, discovery, content generation, personalization, and creative workflows across Material Bank’s platform. • Evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs for quality, tone, accuracy, and creative alignment through testing, iteration, and human-in-the-loop evaluation strategies. • Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Executive Leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and translate ambiguous ideas into production-ready AI capabilities. • Make architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, latency, cost, accuracy, and long-term maintainability. • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, frameworks, and workflows to identify opportunities that create meaningful business and user value.
• Own analytics and the weekly operating rhythm: Lead the weekly performance huddle across both brands and handle ad-hoc analysis across marketing, brand services, and product in Hex, Tableau, and Snowflake. • Own site experimentation end to end: Run ideation, scoping, instrumentation, analysis, and write-up of A/B tests across the funnel, driving both test velocity and win rate. • Own MarTech signaling and data quality: Manage pixel, CAPI, and server-side tagging across Meta, Google, and Pinterest, plus GTM, OneTrust consent, feed management, and event quality. • Build with AI-native tooling: Use Claude, Cursor, and Codex to scaffold internal dashboards and lightweight apps that replace heavier vendor tools.
• Own and implement the end-to-end instrumentation plan for MB3, including event taxonomy, tracking standards, and data quality across the platform• Establish core metrics for Product, Marketing, and leadership, ensuring alignment to business goals such as engagement, conversion, attribution, and platform health• Define measurable success criteria, build and maintain the migration scorecard, and support stage gate decisions with clear data on adoption, performance, and user behavior• Identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities, and size the impact of product initiatives to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions• Write detailed dashboard requirements by stakeholder, partner with Data Engineering to ensure data models support reporting needs, and validate outputs for accuracy and usability• Build and refine attribution approaches across digital and physical touchpoints, improving visibility into performance for internal teams and brand partners• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Data to translate business questions into measurement plans and ensure insights lead to action• Audit existing data systems (Segment, Snowflake), close gaps, and establish scalable data standards
• Own affiliate program performance: Manage affiliate programs end to end across CJ and Refersion, including publisher strategy, commission structures, and coupon code governance. Track performance weekly, monitoring ROAS, incremental revenue, and publisher level efficiency across both brands. • Grow and optimize the affiliate partner ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and activate partners across content, deals, loyalty, and cashback categories. Set and optimize commission rates by publisher tier and manage CPA negotiations on a case by case basis. • Lead influencer and content partnerships: Source, negotiate, and manage paid influencer partnerships and link buys across bloggers, social creators, and YouTube. Structure deals across flat fee, CPA, hybrid, and licensing models, balancing reach, quality, and ROI. • Manage partner execution and relationships: Brief partners on deliverables, review content, ensure brand alignment, and report on performance. Maintain a strong pipeline of mid to large tier partners, manage relationships with top creators, and pursue new high value signings. • Support organic social execution: Own day to day organic social across Instagram and Facebook for Samplize and DesignShop. Develop and manage a content calendar, leveraging partner generated content, collaborative posts, and usage rights. Coordinate on asset approvals, posting, and content repurposing. • Own budget and performance tracking: Manage monthly affiliate and partnership budgets, ensuring disciplined pacing and efficiency. Deliver weekly performance reporting, tracking ROAS, incremental revenue, and partner level attribution. • Maintain tracking accuracy and data quality: Ensure accurate tracking across CJ, Refersion, and Rockerbox, partnering with analytics on integration and data quality. • Manage partnership operations and visibility: Build and maintain a partnership tracker covering signed partners, go live timelines, performance, and renewal status. Explore emerging partnership formats to expand channel opportunities.

• Lead and mature Material Bank’s enterprise information security program through a multi year roadmap aligned to business strategy, growth, and global expansion. • Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and operating procedures that scale across cloud platforms, applications, data, and emerging technologies, including AI. • Own the security risk management framework, including risk identification, scoring, acceptance, tracking, and executive reporting, supported by a maintained risk register and clear visibility into trends and remediation status. • Define and track security metrics and KPIs that demonstrate program effectiveness, predictability, and maturity. • Own audit, compliance, and assurance efforts, including SOC 2 Type I and progression to Type II, ensuring controls are implemented, evidence is maintained, and audits remain repeatable and low friction. • Lead customer security questionnaires and enterprise assurance requests in partnership with Legal, IT, and Engineering. • Support privacy and regulatory obligations, including GDPR, ROPA inventories, and regional data requirements. • Define and enforce security requirements for AWS infrastructure using native cloud security services and guardrails. • Establish application security standards across internal and customer facing platforms, including secure SDLC practices, penetration testing, and remediation accountability. • Conduct security assessments for new systems, architectures, and major platform changes. • Own identity and access management strategy, including SSO, role based access, provisioning, and periodic access reviews. • Establish enterprise wide data classification and data handling standards. • Ensure access and data protection controls scale with growth and global expansion through partnership with IT, Engineering, and platform owners. • Own detection, incident response, and resilience strategy, including playbooks, third party incident response coordination, post incident analysis, security monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement. • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning from a security perspective, including tabletop exercises and recovery documentation. • Own the security technology stack, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, monitoring, and security awareness tooling. • Evaluate, select, and manage security vendors for effectiveness and cost efficiency. • Directly implement and remediate security controls, configurations, and tooling gaps when risk, timing, or dependency constraints require hands on execution. • Leverage automation and AI assisted workflows to operate efficiently as a one person function. • Perform vendor security reviews, ongoing third party risk monitoring, remediation tracking, and executive risk acceptance.
