• You build and develop sustainable business relationships with store managers and independent retailers • You actively increase sales by analysing customer needs and recommending appropriate product quantities and assortments in line with our sales objectives • You secure and negotiate optimal placements for promotional materials and sales campaigns while complying with the company group's commercial guidelines • You ensure compelling point-of-sale merchandising through the implementation of visual merchandising and promotional materials • You identify and analyse growth and market opportunities in your sales territory and continuously monitor market and competitor trends • You prepare weekly visit and sales reports and forward them to the key account team
Job Requirements
- You have outside-sales experience in the food retail sector or comparable professional sales experience
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent business qualification
- You communicate persuasively, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with metrics (KPIs), take pleasure in selling, and are passionate about our products
- You are confident using digital tools and like contributing new ideas
- You hold a class B driving licence and are willing to travel within Austria, especially within your sales territory
- You have very good German skills and good English skills
