• Own day-to-day social media strategy and execution across priority platforms. • Establish and maintain a consistent posting cadence aligned to consumer savings rituals, mail moments, and seasonal value. • Develop content pillars that reinforce smart savings, immediate wins, and habitual engagement. • Actively manages and engages with the community across social platforms through comments, DMs, etc. • Drive measurable traffic from social into Clipp.com, email capture, and promotional activations. • Manage creator and influencer partnerships, including coordination, content delivery, and performance tracking across paid campaigns and organic partnerships. • Monitor social performance and optimize content based on engagement, traffic, and conversion insights, ensuring social content supports broader consumer and growth initiatives. • Provide regular performance reporting at defined cadences, sharing results against KPIs, key learnings, and optimization opportunities to inform future social and community strategy. • Stay current on platform trends, tools, and best practices to ensure relevance and effectiveness. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years hands-on experience in social media, community management, and digital content roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing brand social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Competency using practical creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, native platform editors to produce content.
  • Experience using social publishing and influencer management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone to different platforms audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and content calendars simultaneously.
  • Portfolio or examples of content created and published personally.
  • Strong content instincts with an understanding of culturally relevant storytelling.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
