Role Description This role is crucial in balancing technical portfolio planning with hands-on project management within a commercial electronic product hardware R&D environment. The successful candidate will collaborate across various business units and stakeholder groups, contributing to the development and communication of advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps. If you are a proven project leader with a background in technology transfer and delivery of complex projects, this position offers the opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and drive impactful outcomes. - Lead and manage complex technology, process, and research-driven projects. - Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps. - Facilitate technology reviews and decision-making forums across business units. - Enhance organizational efficiency through the deployment of new project management tools. - Drive technology transfer into new product development. - Establish cross-functional collaboration to align objectives and manage expectations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of professional experience. - 5–6 years of project management experience in a commercial hardware development environment. - Project management certification (PMP, CSM, MPM, or equivalent). - Experience leading multicultural teams and mentoring project managers. - Strong understanding of Stage-Gate processes for technology development. - Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes such as molding and stamping. - Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project. • Responsible for the successful launch and delivery of a full range of HR surveys, including McLean & Company’s Employee Engagement, New Hire, Exit, and Management & Governance. • Lead client scoping calls to gain an understanding of client goals and requirements and build a project plan. • Build and test surveys. • Launch surveys and respond to participant questions and/or issues. • Understand and work with proprietary survey software to determine how to deliver on the diagnostic needs of clients. • Maintain quality assurance/control processes. • Address client questions and manage client expectations while maintaining a high standard of customer service. • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
