• Responsible for the successful launch and delivery of a full range of HR surveys, including McLean & Company’s Employee Engagement, New Hire, Exit, and Management & Governance. • Lead client scoping calls to gain an understanding of client goals and requirements and build a project plan. • Build and test surveys. • Launch surveys and respond to participant questions and/or issues. • Understand and work with proprietary survey software to determine how to deliver on the diagnostic needs of clients. • Maintain quality assurance/control processes. • Address client questions and manage client expectations while maintaining a high standard of customer service. • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

About the Role Babcock is seeking Expressions of Interest for a unique project‑focused role that will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of new aviation infrastructure on Horn Island. This position sits within a supportive and highly trusted part of the business, reporting to the Head of Trade Controls, Security and Facilities for overall accountability, while working day‑to‑day with the Senior Project Manager in Facilities to drive outcomes and keep the project moving. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant end‑to‑end build, overseeing everything from early design and construction planning through to regulatory approvals, contractor management, physical security requirements, IT integration and on‑the‑ground coordination. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and internal teams to keep the project aligned, resolve issues quickly and ensure the facility meets operational, safety and environmental standards. A key part of the role involves building strong relationships with local councils, regulatory bodies, Traditional Owners and community representatives. You'll help navigate approvals, environmental considerations and compliance requirements, while ensuring the needs of Aviation stakeholders-across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Flight Operations and Continuing Airworthiness-are understood and incorporated into the final solution. You'll also play an important role in governance and risk management, preparing documentation for internal and external reviews, including board‑level reporting and gate approvals.
