Our Shared Living program matches adults with developmental disabilities with welcoming individuals or families in their community for long term, in-home placement. The individual will live in your home and need assistance with meal preparation, transportation to medical appointments and medication administration. Past experience is helpful, but not required, training and on-going support will be provided. We have opportunities in the following locations: Haverhill, Methuen, North Andover, Andover, Lawrence and Newburyport Pay Rate: This is a stipend-based arrangement determined by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) based on the level of need of the individual supported. • Manage your own loan application pipeline end to end from submission through to settlement, acting as the main point of contact for clients, referral partners and agents • Provide consistent, proactive updates to clients and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and transparent experience • Liaise with lenders, solicitors and third parties, proactively following up and escalating where required to meet timeframes • Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep applications progressing • Prepare and submit loan application documents and supporting packs • Collect, organise and maintain all client documentation, ensuring files are accurate, complete and compliant • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and loan information • Track application progress and coordinate tasks to support brokers and ensure deadlines are met • Provide day to day administrative support including managing emails, calendars, valuations and pricing requests

• Installation, migration and administration of Linux servers • Developing scripts to improve efficiency and automate recurring tasks

Role Description The Contract Administrator will serve as the financial lead for the team, ensuring proper tracking, billing compliance, and contract adherence across all active projects. This role is responsible for monitoring job financials from award through closeout, ensuring revenue is recognized appropriately, billing is executed in accordance with terms, and backlog is actively managed and reconciled. The Contract Administrator will act as the primary liaison between the team and corporate finance, ensuring alignment with company policies, financial controls, and reporting requirements. Essential Functions - Oversee and track financial performance across all team projects, ensuring accuracy and visibility into job status, billing progress, and revenue milestones. - Ensure all jobs are billed in accordance with contractual terms, including deposits, progress billing, and pre-delivery payment requirements. - Review and approve project deliveries to confirm payment terms have been satisfied prior to release. - Identify and work to eliminate billing backlog, ensuring aged jobs are reconciled and invoiced in a timely manner. - Partner with Project Coordinators to ensure Change Orders are properly documented, approved, billed, and collected. - Serve as the liaison between the team and Corporate Finance on all financial matters, including reporting, escalations, and process compliance. - Monitor contract terms to ensure billing schedules, retainage, and payment conditions are being adhered to. - Support accurate forecasting by maintaining current financial data on all active projects. - Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure financial processes are followed from project initiation through closeout. - Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation for all assigned projects. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing processes, financial tracking, and internal controls. - Work directly with Corporate Finance on collections efforts, including monitoring aging reports, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting timely recovery of outstanding receivables. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in financial administration, contract administration, project accounting, or related field. - Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, and contract compliance. - Experience managing job costing and tracking project financials. - Ability to interpret contract terms related to payment schedules, deposits, and change orders. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. - Ability to work independently while enforcing financial processes and controls. - Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel required. - Experience in the foodservice equipment industry a plus.
