Program Manager – Technology & Strategic Initiatives
Boundless Immigration
• Develop, organize, and lead a portfolio of strategic business and technology programs, ranging from early-stage concepts to enterprise-wide implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and product roadmaps. • Partner with leadership to translate business goals into program priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. • Provide strategic insight into which initiatives matter most, what’s blocking progress, and where and when to shift effort and/or accountability. • Assess our current initiatives and create a coherent view of what exists and assign priority. • Build lightweight program frameworks and operating processes that help align teams, establish clear communication, and deliver consistently. • Introduce metrics, tools, and reporting that improve transparency without creating unnecessary “red-tape”. • Act as the “glue” between teams, ensuring decisions, dependencies, and risks are surfaced and managed proactively. • Facilitate clearly to help teams understand who owns what, what’s happening when, and how their work fits into big picture goals. • Drive alignment across teams with different priorities, working styles, and levels of process maturity. • Coordinate across teams to ensure that efforts are not competing or duplicated. • Identify and proactively manage technical, operational, and organizational risks that may impact delivery. • Ensure requirements, milestones, and success metrics are clearly defined and communicated across stakeholders. • Help the organization shift from reactive, one-off execution toward disciplined, repeatable management practices. • Support leaders by providing insights and structure that enable better, more informed decision-making. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to plan and deliver technology initiatives that support business objectives. • Establish and manage program roadmaps across multiple software projects, ensuring alignment of priorities, resources, dependencies, and timelines. • Drive cross-functional coordination throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements definition through deployment and post-launch measurement. • Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and risk management. • Monitor program health through key delivery metrics, ensuring visibility into scope, schedule, quality, and business outcomes.
