• Execute assigned digital marketing campaigns and initiatives in support of brand and lead generation goals • Maintain and update key digital channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms • Support the creation and distribution of digital content, including social posts, emails, and campaign assets • Assist with HubSpot CRM activities such as campaign setup, list management, and reporting support • Partner with internal teams to produce digital assets that support business development and client engagement • Track basic performance metrics and help compile insights for ongoing optimization • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

• Support senior account managers with client account management, including order processing, project tracking, and client communications • Assist in sourcing and recommending promotional products that align with clients’ branding and marketing objectives • Help coordinate product samples, quotes, and presentations for client meetings • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to clients and team members • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system • Contribute to client retention and satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
