Job Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience managing large scale program delivery in complex funding environments

  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and contractual requirements into practical operational systems
  • Experience working cross functionally with finance, grants, and partnership teams
  • Clear communicator working with state agencies, funders, and internal leaders

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with strong judgment
  • Strong technical skills including data analysis
  • Excitement and energy for the work and collaboration with others
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in a top private or public sector organization

Requirements - Ensure site-based staff are informed of summer program operational times, locations, and expectations. - Review and support daily staff schedules developed by site-based leadership. - Monitor safety procedures for student drop-off and pick-up and escalate concerns as needed. - Ensure emergency and evacuation plans are reviewed and followed across program sites. - Track inventory and coordinate supply requests with NSBE WHQ, as needed. - Oversee major program milestones, including Competition Friday logistics, parent coordination, and special arrangements. - Maintain consistent communication with site teams using Microsoft Teams and Office 365 tools. - Track staff attendance through online reporting tools and escalate attendance concerns to NSBE WHQ. - Approve staff timecards via ADP, as assigned. - Serve as an escalation point for staff, parents, volunteers, and sponsors when issues cannot be resolved at the site level. - Coach and support NSBE SEEK Lead Camp Facilitators in managing staff performance and interpersonal matters. - Conduct check-ins, observations, and performance touchpoints with site leaders. - Support staff recognition, morale initiatives, and professional development efforts. - Attend Program Manager training and required leadership onboarding. - Participate in Spring training calls and instructional webinars in preparation for the summer program season. - Ensure NSBE SEEK Lead Camp Facilitators and site staff complete all required training and orientation sessions. - Maintain reliable access to a personal device with Microsoft Teams availability during program hours. - Teach, train, and inspire NSBE SEEK Lead Camp Facilitators and site-based staff. - Model professional conduct and reinforce expectations aligned with NSBE values. - Participate in and support staff debrief meetings, as appropriate. - Oversee before- and/or after-care services in coordination with site-based leadership, when requested. - Serve as a secondary or escalation-level contact for parents, sponsors, and community partners. - Provide guidance to site leaders on parent communication and issue resolution. - Keep NSBE WHQ informed of significant developments involving staff, students, parents, volunteers, or sponsors. - Ensure incident reports are submitted, maintained, and escalated in accordance with NSBE health and safety policies. - Support overall summer program implementation through additional duties as assigned.
