Account Manager
Mitto
• Identify prospects, build pipelines and close deals ensuring long term revenue plans • Be responsible for sales and closing of the new business opportunities in the region • Manage clients located in APAC region and be responsible for their growth • Contribute by helping with a relationship with Mitto´s key accounts in the region • Work together with the operations team to deploy the service offered to the client and manage the account according to the Mitto team strategy • Prioritize and deliver a superior customer experience to strategic customers in the region • Participate in answering regional clients RFP for cloud telecommunications support • Continuously work with the client to identify needs and propose solutions making an impact on the Mitto product roadmap
Job Requirements
- University degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (any other language is a plus)
- Located in the APAC region
- Willingness to contribute achieving regional annual KPIs
- Experience in building strong relationships with decision makers
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer driven focus and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross functionally both internally and externally to execute deals
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the mobile solutions sector (SMS, Voice and similar)
- Experience in B2B sales to System Integrators, ERP systems, Cloud Solutions and Call Centers is a plus

Key Account Manager

• Development of key accounts • Identify and grow strategic accounts • Propose high value‑added solutions • Negotiate and monitor commercial agreements • Ensure the profitability of partnerships • Serve as the liaison between key accounts and internal functions • Provide accurate reporting to Key Accounts management
• Serve as a customer contact for Workiva products and services, supporting clients via phone, email, and in-app communication • Execute onboarding project plans and coordinate the filing process for Capital Markets customers • Ensure the accuracy of documents through a review of work completed, and deliver high-quality service and support throughout the project lifecycle • Resolve moderate customer issues and escalate more complex issues while remaining accountable to customers • Train customers on how to use the Workiva platform to achieve their goals and obtain feedback for relevant internal stakeholders, such as the sales, marketing, and product teams • 24/7 dedication to the Working Group (counsel, bankers, auditors, etc.) throughout the completion of the project, and partner with other Workiva teams on initiatives that address customer needs • Complete routine service requests, including importing documents supplied by Working Groups, applying correct formulas, formatting, and styles, and creating/linking source financial data in Workiva Spreadsheets
• Account/client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build/manage a portfolio up to $10M, own the opportunity management cycle from “prospect” to “close”. • Delivery management: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client • Account planning and governance: create and develop the account plan in coordination with the delivery and sales team. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
