Account Specialist

Position Summary: The Account Specialist is responsible for maintaining equipment levels, identifying, and engaging Transportation Service Providers, explaining client requirements, file maintenance, and performing administrative and clerical tasks as needed. This position will work as a liaison between EverDriven and our clients, providing guidance, direction, and feedback to operational managers as well as working in collaboration with EverDriven departments. Training: Monday - Friday, 12-5pm MST Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, (range from 10- 9:00pm MST- for a total of 8 hours) - -Occasional work on the weekends (2- 6 hours) depending on business schedule Compensation: $16/hr Location- Remote (US) Responsibilities: - Main point of contact for school districts on all questions - Mostly via Email (routing, dispatch and customer service issues) - Ensure all change requests, student add-on and removals are done in a timely fashion - Maintain routes as efficiently as possible - Build quotes and route analysis - Maintain accurate calendars, setting holidays, early-outs, or assisting with emergency weather updates - Data entry Requirements: - High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent - Experience routing school transportation is a plus - Computer Literacy skills with Excel and Outlook - Strong verbal and written skills Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - Virtual Doctor Visits with $0 Co-Pay - Life Insurance (company paid) - Short Term Disability Insurance (company paid) - Long-Term Disability Insurance (company paid) - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid Holidays - Paid Time to Volunteer - Flex Spending Account (FSA) - 401K Plan (with an awesome employer match!) - Employee Assistance Program - Employee Discounts Program Equal Opportunity Employer EverDriven is an equal opportunity employer. • Account/client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build/manage a portfolio up to $10M, own the opportunity management cycle from “prospect” to “close”. • Delivery management: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client • Account planning and governance: create and develop the account plan in coordination with the delivery and sales team. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Support and manage an identified book of business for Intermedia’s hosted solutions. • Create and develop a quarterly business review to identify opportunities on the account level that supports Intermedia’s product goals. • Research and detect upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your named account list. • Prevent accounts from churn through effective account management, and problem solving. • Prioritize work to achieve/exceed quota. • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations as needed. • Provide on-line demonstrations of Intermedia’s services. • Assist customers with request for platform migrations, and plan changes. • Provide technical information for Intermedia products and services. • Work with internal partners on cross-sell opportunities as needed. • Work cross-functionally with on-boarding team to ensure client account changes are successful.
