Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our Solutions Engineering team in Denver. You’ll play a critical role in developing custom solutions to showcase the "art of the possible" for strategic customers needing functionality that goes beyond the native monday.com offering. These custom solutions will leverage monday.com's API and App Development framework to create custom workflow automations, UI views, and more. This is a customer-facing role that requires aptitude across our four main pillars of engagement: Discovery, Design/Proposal, Development, and Presentation. • Drive technical strategy on Honeycomb's largest, most complex deals, partnering with Strategic AEs and Sales Leadership across the region. • Lead discovery, solution design, and executive conversations that connect Honeycomb's platform to real engineering and business priorities. • Own the technical win. Shape the success criteria, guide the POCs, run competitive bake-offs, and build stakeholder conviction from first call to close. • Advise engineering leaders and executives at global enterprises on AI-era observability, modern operations, and how great teams build and run software. • Turn complex customer environments into clear architectures and solution narratives that land with both developers and decision-makers. • Leverage AI tools and get efficient and creative while maintaining accuracy and reliability. • The Solutions Architect is a senior technical leader within Daikin Applied’s Data Center of Excellence (CoE). • This role leads the development of standardized reference architectures and drives technical strategy across the full data-center thermal value chain—from chip to chiller. • Engage with data center owners, developers, hyperscalers, integrators, and Neo-Cloud operators to shape design standards and guide purchasing decisions. • Architect integrated solutions that align thermal systems, electrical constraints, controls philosophy, and operational resilience. • Establish design guardrails, scalability boundaries, and redundancy strategies. • Support proof-of-concept testing, performance benchmarking, interoperability validation, and technical demonstrations. • Lead cross-functional architecture reviews and drive techno-economic trade studies balancing performance and cost.

• Lead architectural design and technical strategy for large-scale digital services and enterprise data platforms • Architect modern data warehouse and analytics platforms supporting large, complex datasets • Provide technical leadership across engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures • Guide the development of cloud-native architectures using modern infrastructure and platform services • Translate business and mission needs into architectural patterns and technical implementation strategies • Lead the architecture of large data warehouse solutions, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics layers • Organize and guide the technical execution of Agile Analytics initiatives • Mentor engineers and architects across teams to promote best practices in software engineering, data architecture, and cloud development • Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and stakeholders to align architecture with mission outcomes • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards across all solutions • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools that improve platform capabilities and delivery efficiency • Support proposal development, technical strategy, and solutioning for new initiatives
