Executive Recruiter

HIKINEX

• Partner with the Internal Recruiting Team of the client by proactively sourcing and prequalifying candidates based on specific client requisitions. • Generate candidate interest through creative strategies (Email blasts, LinkedIn Mail, Connection invites, Job Postings, etc.) to ensure talent pipelines are continuously strengthened, in order to support current needs, as well as the future business growth. • Pre-qualify talent through profiling, gauging interest level and timing through phone calls and emails. • Coordinate with clients and candidates interview schedules on behalf of team members. • Source and maintain contact information of active pipeline. • Identify and implement new/innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates. • Maintain and update ATS (Dynamics), LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases with new and modified candidate records. • Ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication with US accent and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Recruitment, with a strong understanding of the US job market.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations.
  • Proficiency in using ATS specifically Breezy HR, and Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and the like.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
