Technical Writer

• Create and maintain high-quality customer-facing documentation, including release notes, Knowledge Base articles, configuration guides, and API/integration documentation; • Turn Jira tickets, developer notes, QA feedback, and internal technical discussions into accurate, user-friendly guides; • Partner with Product, Development, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams to gather technical requirements and proactively resolve information gaps; • Analyze source materials critically to accurately differentiate shipped functionality from unresolved issues or partial features; • Ensure all documentation clearly reflects delivered behaviour, required actions, configuration impact, and upgrade considerations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience writing technical documentation for enterprise software or SaaS platforms
  • Strong ability to understand and document configurations, APIs, integrations, workflows, and UI behaviours
  • Experience successfully converting complex technical source material into concise, accurate customer-facing documentation
  • Clear, precise written communication with high attention to detail (including paths, properties, defaults, and limitations)
  • Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to ask follow-up questions to challenge unclear or unsupported information
  • Experience collaborating within global, multi-cultural, remote-first R&D environments.
