The Demand Gen Manager (Credit Union Segment) will report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and serve as a key member of the Marketing team responsible for driving pipeline growth across Alkami’s bank segment. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data. The Demand Generation Manager will design and execute integrated demand generation programs that combine account-based marketing, AI-enabled personalization, and multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly operational—someone who can design scalable go-to-market systems while executing campaigns that produce measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities & Duties - Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline across Alkami’s bank segment, leveraging channels including digital advertising, email, SDR collaboration, industry partnerships, and events. - Lead account-based marketing strategies targeting priority financial institutions and named accounts in partnership with Sales and SDR teams. - Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across web, email, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, industry publications, and targeted ABM initiatives. - Leverage first-party data, intent signals, firmographic data, and technographic insights to prioritize accounts and identify buying signals. - Utilize AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate campaign development, personalization, messaging optimization, and campaign analysis. - Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align messaging, campaign strategy, and pipeline generation goals. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across the marketing funnel to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline generation. - Measure and communicate marketing impact through clear reporting on pipeline influence, campaign ROI, and revenue attribution. - Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, targeting, and channels to identify and scale high-performing growth strategies. - Develop strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment between marketing strategy and sales execution.
