• Analyse functional and technical requirements to determine the appropriate test automation approach and scope. • Write, execute, and maintain robust, reusable automated test scripts for UI and API layers. • Implement automated testing strategies including functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end (E2E) testing. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). • Monitor test execution results, analyse failures, and clearly report bugs to the development team. • Identify and troubleshoot flaky tests and continuously improve automation stability and reliability. • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure test coverage for new and existing features. • Contribute to improving test frameworks, testing processes, and overall product quality.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in QA automation for web applications, particularly front-end testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
  • Experience writing automated tests for UI and API layers.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of SQL for database validation and testing.
  • Experience using Python for test automation or scripting.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • English – conversational level or higher.

Job Description Summary In this role, the Engineer will provide day-to-day support of GVH projects and assists in the development of the Equipment Qualification Programs to meet the established regulatory requirements. Works in close consultation with Engineering staff to ensure regulatory requirements are identified and implemented in accordance with GVH design and licensing strategy. Assists in defining and executing the design and licensing strategy for Equipment Qualification Programs and participates in interactions with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission including pre-application discussions, preparing/reviewing topical reports and other reactor licensing documentation, and responding to requests for additional information. Job Description Essential Responsibilities - Assisting in the successful design and implementation of the equipment qualification program. - Coordinating with design personnel to ensure new designs and design changes meet Equipment Qualification Program regulatory requirements. - Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining licensing documentation in compliance with Equipment Qualification Programs, regulations and strict quality assurance standards. - Interfacing with technical discipline teams at GVH, partners and contractors. - Reviewing correspondence to and from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. - Assisting with safety analysis report (SAR) revisions and preparation. - Preparing or reviewing equipment qualification regulatory evaluations. - Have excellent technical problem solving skills; to be able to assess problems thoroughly and drive logical conclusions (i.e. common sense approach, not embarrassed to ask the “obvious” questions). - Demonstrate ownership, proactively communicate, and deliver assignments on time. - Prepare and present technical data to co-workers and customers. - Perform qualification tests and maintain a high level of accuracy when recording data and preparing test reports. - Be willing to occasionally travel domestically and internationally to support customer / supplier meetings.
