Aura
• Contribute to native app development with React Native to build onboarding, dashboard, and security-focused features. • Partner with a Product Manager and act as the technical expert on projects, with responsibilities including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment. • Build configurable, scalable features that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making. • Incorporate best practices with an emphasis on performance and stability.
Job Requirements
- 6 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and with quality.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
- Expert proficiency with mobile development using React Native, Redux, TypeScript, GraphQL, and related testing frameworks.
- Experience developing native apps on either iOS or Android is highly desired.
- Proficiency with full-stack development using Node.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, caching, and algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new technologies.
- Experience using AI effectively in your day-to-day work
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications - Have the experience to build and improve user onboarding funnel and design the comprehensive experiment to drive metric improvements. - Proficient in CI/CD systems (preferably GitHub Actions), git, and automation. - Skilled in observability and monitoring tools, such as DataDog, to ensure high availability. - Experienced with big data platforms and tooling, including Snowflake. - Proficient in Infrastructure as Code, using tools like CDK and Terraform. - Skilled at elevating team standards through best practices, and mentoring junior engineers. - Excellent written and verbal communicator, with experience in cross-functional collaboration. Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, and compensation may vary depending on your primary work location. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
