• The Project Manager ensures successful delivery of IT network projects by combining technical expertise, project management, and client focus. • Manages scope, risks, and quality assurance across all projects. • Facilitates meetings with client engineering teams, regional technology managers and facility managers where risks are identified and properly managed. • Briefs technicians, leads meetings with clients and internal teams, and ensures work aligns with scope. • Handles billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial analysis (profitability, margins, utilization). • Acts as a key liaison in meetings, communicates effectively across teams, and addresses issues promptly. • Must be familiar with network routing/switching, copper and fiber infrastructure, and stay updated on networking technologies.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in IT Project Management / Coordination experience dealing with banks, IT managed services is highly encouraged
- Familiarity with network routing and switch environments as well as other relevant networking technology areas
- Familiarity with copper and fiber infrastructure
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, QuickBase)
- Exceptional leadership skills and capacity to develop and innovate teams
- Strong client relationships building skills and capacity to anticipate business needs
- Mentoring and supporting team members
- An eye in identifying internal improvement opportunities and enforces standards
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
