Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance sector or a banking qualification with relevant insurance experience
- Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property/casualty insurance
- Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory work
- Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Very good written and spoken German
