Job Requirements

  • Required education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in Operations (Revenue Ops, CS Ops, or Sales Ops) in SaaS or scale-up environments.
  • Highly analytical profile: Ability to manipulate data (SQL, advanced Excel) to generate strategic insights.
  • Experience managing complex projects and process governance.
  • Ability and experience coordinating squads or cross-functional teams, emphasizing autonomy and clear scope.
  • Ability to implement automations and workflows using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, task automation, data analysis).

Role Description We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join us for a 10-week summer internship within our Asset Management and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in clean energy, process improvement, and AI-enabled workflows. The intern will work with the Asset Management and Operations team to improve operational processes across our fleet of battery energy storage sites located in California and Texas. The intern will lead and contribute to: - Gap analysis - Data governance - AI-assisted document verification and centralization You will gain hands-on exposure to battery energy storage systems (BESS), operational processes, and digital asset management tools while contributing to meaningful projects that improve operational efficiency and data organization. The position will work closely with the engineering, environmental health & safety, and IT teams to set up meaningful processes and procedures that align with our business model. This role is ideal for students interested in renewable energy, operations, project management, data governance, and the application of AI to business processes. This is a part-time (anticipated 20 hours/week), benefited, non-exempt, 10/12 pay plan (work 10 months of the year with pay and benefits over 12 months) permanent position, with a one-year probationary period in the Library.
