Network Engineer

LUZA Group

• Manage and operate data center network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, resilience, and service continuity. • Perform connectivity tests and technical validations and support Unified Communications and Identity/Access Control solutions, including Cisco CallManager and Cisco ISE. • Implement and manage network security controls, including firewall rule configuration and incident support across Cisco, Fortinet, and Check Point environments. • Operate and monitor transport and backbone networks (IP/MPLS and DWDM), ensuring performance, stability, and redundancy. • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex network incidents, collaborating closely with internal teams and technology vendors, including Nokia and Cisco.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in operating and supporting complex network environments;
  • Strong knowledge of datacenter networks, network security, and transport networks;
  • Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting in critical environments.
  • Fluency in written and oral communication in Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Fluency in written and oral communication in Spanish is highly valued.
