• Build and develop new customer accounts within the insurance and TAA ecosystem • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification through to contract closing • Develop and implement sales strategies for insurers, broker organizations and partners • Present our solutions at C-level and to decision-makers • Build long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams • Monitor the market and identify new business opportunities in the insurance market

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the insurance, FinTech or InsurTech space
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise customers
  • Strong network or understanding of the insurance industry (carriers, brokers, MGAs, platforms)
  • Strong closing mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level, spoken and written)
