• Lead and oversee the strategic recruitment process, including proactive talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and workforce planning for both immediate and future hiring needs. • Serve as a consultative partner to department heads and executives, offering insights and solutions to hiring challenges and building long-term recruitment plans. • Conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile, assess role criticality, and align on recruitment strategies. • Design and implement targeted sourcing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Indeed, and other niche job boards. • Conduct behavioral and structured interviews; assess for both skillset and culture fit. • Review, update, and optimize job descriptions in alignment with market trends and company branding. • Administer hiring assessments and analyze candidate performance against role requirements. • Monitor and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to evaluate hiring performance and improve the process. • Mentor and support junior recruiters and recruitment assistants when needed. • Continuously explore and introduce new tools, methods, and channels to enhance recruitment effectiveness and employer branding.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in strategic and full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a remote or international setting.
  • Strong background in sourcing executive, specialist, and volume positions across various departments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using ATS (e.g., BambooHR) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlineJobs.ph, Indeed).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
  • High degree of initiative and autonomy; able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle sensitive hiring information with confidentiality.
