Data Analyst
Arise
• Collect and analyze data related to workforce management, including call volumes, service levels, agent performance, and other key metrics • Maintain & publish comprehensive reports at day level, week level, month & quarter level including dashboards that provide a clear understanding of performance and efficiency (metrics like Shrinkage, Attrition, Graduation rate, AHT, Occupancy, Service level etc) • Identify trends and patterns in data & provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization both internal & external facing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reporting solutions • Monitor, track & publish metric comparisons (Budget vs Assumption vs Actual’s) • Work with internal WFM poc’s, Customers & Finance in identifying and resolving gaps if any • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity in relation to WFM Department Enterprise Reports, Dashboards, MBR & QBR deck data inputs etc • Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce management strategies and make recommendations for improvement • Reduce Cost per Reports @ Arise & find opportunities to Automate/Transform business reporting • Stay updated on industry best practices in workforce reporting and analytics
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data/Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role in BPO for a minimum of 4-5 years
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Hands-on experience and familiarity with workforce management and ACD systems, (i.e. Avaya, TCS, IEX, Verint, Teleopti etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
- Strong understanding of workforce management metrics and reporting needs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts, as necessary, after hours & weekends if required
- Degree in computer, Science or Mathematics, or a related field (Preferred, Not Mandated)

• The Enterprise Clinical Applications Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise clinical software applications across LucidHealth to ensure reliable performance, strong usability, and efficient workflows that enable radiologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care. • This role works closely with radiologists, clinical staff, IT, operations, product engineering, and external vendors to maintain and enhance LucidHealth’s clinical application portfolio, including enterprise imaging systems, voice recognition platforms, advanced visualization tools, and the workflow orchestration platforms. • The analyst supports system implementations, upgrades, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts, while identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows and drive continuous improvement in clinical technology solutions. • Collaborate with radiologists, clinical staff, and operational stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements for system enhancements, customizations, and new implementations. • Analyze existing clinical workflows and system capabilities to identify opportunities for workflow optimization, improved efficiency, and enhanced user experience. • Conduct regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) of clinical applications to ensure upgrades and updates meet performance, quality, and usability standards. • Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting for clinical applications, resolving system issues and ensuring reliable system functionality. • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver training materials and programs for clinical staff on the effective use of clinical applications. • Serve as a liaison between LucidHealth and clinical software vendors, advocating for system enhancements, issue resolution, and future product development. • Proactively monitor clinical systems to identify functionality gaps, licensing limitations, performance issues, or system degradation before they become operational problems. • Communicate system changes, operational issues, and improvement opportunities to leadership and stakeholders to ensure shared visibility and alignment. • Travel to LucidHealth facilities and partner hospitals as needed to support implementations, troubleshooting, and training (less than 10%). • Performs other duties as assigned.
• Functions in a lead capacity assuming responsibilities as a technical specialist • Duties include: case assignment, case management, scene management, and other similar duties of a first line supervisor • Operates at a senior-level, applying industry accepted digital forensic principles in acquiring, collecting, preserving, and processing structured and unstructured data per established industry best practices and laboratory procedures and protocols • Responsible for managing digital forensics examinations through the entire lifecycle (case planning, intake, acquisition, examination, analysis, extraction, presentation, disposition, and expert witness testimony) • Provides identification and seizure support, forensic data acquisition/imaging; forensically-sound and non-forensic collection/capture of electronically stored information (ESI) from innumerable file structures and sources (i.e., Windows, MAC, Linux, and Unix-based desktop/laptop computer systems, servers to include Exchange, Database, Files Shares, and cloud-based email and storage; mobile devices and tablets (all operating systems), drones, and related digital storage media • Uses vast knowledge and experience of a wide variety of advanced computer and mobile technologies and forensic theories to conduct full forensic examinations/analyses to include processing of allocated and unallocated space and file slack, data carving, and conducting timeline, Internet history, and registry analyses with the goal of developing forensically sound evidence • Responsible for performing large-scale digital forensic examinations to include collection in a live client-server environment utilizing validated remote forensic software • Recovers data and correlates information, prepares clear and comprehensive notes and reports of findings, and provides oral and written communications to legal staff concerning results of examinations to include legal declarations as well as expert witness testimony at trial for investigations and litigations • Utilizes industry accepted forensic and non-forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Harvester, Cellebrite UFED, and NUIX • Researches and maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, and trends • As a digital forensics expert, serves as a source of technical counsel and advice for forensic collection/processing activities • Acts as a source of reference for junior analysts and technicians and possesses the ability to lead forensic investigations in the field • Reviews and approves reports, notes, and case files of junior analysts and technicians • Collaborates with other forensic analysts and technicians, law enforcement officers, and legal experts to identify methods and procedures for recovery, preservation, and presentation of computer evidence • Provides technical guidance and assistance to legal staff while ensuring that proper precautions are taken in the preservation and prevention of spoliation of electronic evidence • Complies with standards, policies, and procedures established for the forensics laboratory including accreditation requirements, supplements, criteria, and interpretations as it applies to digital evidence • May supervise a team of digital forensic analysts
• Develops and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Card Brand rules and network regulations related to Payment Acceptance and risk business line activities. • Ensuring Bank is in Card Brand compliance and work to implement recommended best practices. • Maintains compliance data and reporting on PCI compliance validation progress across the organization for Merchants, Partners, Vendors and Third Parties. • Communicates with Merchants, ISOs and Card Brands to assist and facilitate resolution of data compromises and security incident response. • Completes Retro Match Searches. • Prepares and submit Monthly, quarterly and annual Card Brand reporting. • Submits ISO and/or merchant registrations as appropriate. • Assists with Periodic reviews and portfolio oversight as necessary. • Tracks the status of merchant non-compliance and follow through to resolution. • Assists with merchant data compromise and security incident response. • Provides guidance and respond to daily inquiries from peers and ISO partners. • Prepares key points for presentation to management pertaining to non-compliant customers that pose heightened risk to the Bank. • Maintains accurate and thorough documentation and audit trails of merchant assessments, reports, etc. in a timely manner. • Provides updates to internal and external staff and partners related to updates and changes to Regulatory and Card Brand rules. • Ensures Merchant Service Policies and Procedures meet Card Brand rules and regulations. • Assists with preparation of on-site visitations to third party payment processors and coordinates audits performed by the business line, Third Party Risk Management and Financial Crimes Risk Management. • Ensures proper communication and compliance of company and regulatory policies affecting areas managed. • Embodies the TRAC Values and Critical Behaviors (Teamwork, Relationship, Authenticity, Commitment) as core principles, using them to guide daily interactions and decision-making. • Completes administrative tasks with a sense of urgency, including required Bank Compliance Training. • Responds to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner. • Positively represents the Bank through ethical conduct and community involvement. • Demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to EEO policies. • Fosters a respectful, inclusive workplace by valuing cultural differences, preventing harassment of any kind, and supporting a diverse workforce. • Ensures adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, and processes, along with applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data privacy while carrying out AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) responsibilities specific to the role. • Performs duties in an office or home office environment, involving tasks such as writing, typing, speaking, lifting moderate weights, and operating office equipment. • The position requires physical activities like sitting, walking, and reaching.
