• Comprehensive legal advice to the Körber Pharma companies on all matters of commercial and contract law, in particular reviewing, revising, drafting and negotiating contracts for operational business, ranging from machinery and plant engineering to digital, IT and software solutions • Legal and organizational handling of commercial-legal matters in a national and international context • Support for the various business areas of the Körber Pharma Business Units in successful cooperation with global sales and customer service teams • Close collaboration with the Head of Legal Business Area Pharma and – as a member of Pharma Legal – with Group Legal, Insurance & Regulatory Affairs on legal, regulatory and insurance-related issues

Role Description We’re seeking a dynamic individual for a unique in-house General Legal Counsel role at IST Management, a privately-owned company. The ideal candidate for Corporate Legal Counsel will be ready to pull existing e-Discovery processing and hosting business from their current firm or organization, as well as continuously work with their existing network of legal professionals to bring business referrals to IST Management. The base compensation for this role will be dependent upon qualifications and performance during the interview process and may range up to $160,000.00 to $200,000.00. Additional commission opportunities may also be introduced. This is a remote position; must have JD and active bar cert; must be willing to attain bar cert in GA. Qualifications for the Role: - Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in in the USA - 7+ years’ experience in commercial law and contractual work, ideally in a corporate environment - Dual experience in a law firm and highly matrixed, regulated environments preferred - Sound legal judgment in developing and implementing legal solutions; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. - Comprehensive understanding of contractual legal matters and strong attention to detail. - Strong collaborator and user of Teams and other tools; strong change agent, offering suggestions for process improvement - Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the United States.
