Junior Client Settlements Operations Specialist – Part Time, Weekends

BID Operations

• Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs), following established procedures and security measures. • Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary. • Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. • Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the night shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy. • Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system. • Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members. • Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution. • Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records.

Job Requirements

  • Well organised with high accuracy levels, attention to detail
  • Skillful with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High proficiency in both English and Mandarin
  • Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus
