Strategic Consultant

• Act as the trusted right-hand to founders. • Lead strategy sessions, conduct deep-dive business audits, and align commercial goals with execution plans. • Run live roleplays with sales teams, coaching them on positioning, scripts, and intent. • Train teams on complex sales playbooks so they can execute independently and confidently. • Veto, refine, or approve strategic deliverables before they reach the client, ensuring ultimate commercial viability. • Mentor junior consultants, elevate internal diagnostic frameworks, and safeguard the quality of client outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in a senior advisory, strategic consulting, or sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of advising founders and C-level executives.
  • A deep, structural understanding of revenue models, high-ticket B2B sales environments, and team performance dynamics.
  • Elite commercial judgment with the ability to diagnose complex business issues rapidly under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal facilitation skills.
