EU Supply Chain Coordinator – Temporary Contract

• Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for data synchronization issues between AG1 systems and our 3PL partners. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical fulfillment activity. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure our technology stack and fulfillment operations remain aligned. • Own SKU data integrity across operational systems and partner platforms. • Ensure product data accuracy throughout the SKU lifecycle, from setup through fulfillment. • Partner closely with the Planning team to manage product catalog changes and supply chain complexities. • Act as a Fulfillment & Distribution (F&D) subject matter expert, partnering with the Logistics Manager on cross-functional operational initiatives. • Provide data, insights, and operational context to support projects aimed at scaling AG1’s fulfillment capabilities. • Monitor and review 3PL performance beyond standard KPIs, ensuring operational accountability. • Conduct invoice audits, including review of credits and chargebacks. • Support on-site process audits when required and maintain operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partner compliance. • Utilize NetSuite and BI tools to generate operational reports and dashboards for AG1 leadership. • Analyze fulfillment data to identify systemic improvements, operational efficiencies, and ROI opportunities for future projects.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics operations, or fulfillment analytics, ideally within eCommerce or high-growth consumer goods environments.
  • Strong familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Experience working with 3PL partners and fulfillment networks, including performance monitoring and operational coordination.
  • Proven ability to analyze operational data, troubleshoot system discrepancies, and improve data integrity across systems.
  • Familiarity with SKU lifecycle management, product data governance, and supply chain system integrations.
  • Experience reviewing logistics invoices, credits, and chargebacks is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with operations, planning, finance, and technology teams.
