• Provide daily support to the CEO, including triaging his inbox, managing his calendar and handling other daily priorities across multiple time zones • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep the executive office running smoothly • Support the executive team with end-to-end travel arrangements for themselves or hosted events— including itineraries, flights, and accommodations • Support Ops for internal and external events, including managing vendors, purchasing orders, and shipping logistics • Manage special projects and ad hoc requests as they arise from the executive office • Act as backup support for internal services as needed
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting executive leadership in scaling environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and strong judgment
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and proactively taking ownership of work
- Experience working at high-growth startups (preferred)
- Demonstrated success with AI agents, assistants, and automation tools (preferred)
