Role Description We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day operations and business communication. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for: - Coordinating executive activities - Managing business correspondence - Preparing presentations and material - Conducting research to support strategic communication and decision-making The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment. Qualifications - Higher education - Previous experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role - Excellent written and spoken English (business communication level) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Advanced computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace) - Ability to prepare professional presentations and business documents - High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discretion Requirements - Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, calls, and appointments - Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and follow-up materials - Organize online and offline meetings, business events, and team gatherings - Arrange domestic and international business travel (flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries) - Manage and draft professional business correspondence (emails, letters, official communication) - Serve as a communication bridge between executives, internal teams, and external partners - Track incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up - Conduct contact and partner research (potential partners, vendors, industry contacts) - Collect and structure information needed for meetings, negotiations, and business discussions - Prepare briefing materials and summaries for executive meetings - Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external use - Support the creation of executive presentations, documents, and analytical materials - Maintain and organize documentation and correspondence records - Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Coordinate communication with suppliers, partners, and service providers - Ensure smooth communication between departments and stakeholders Benefits - Experience working with senior executives or international teams - Experience preparing business presentations or reports - Familiarity with calendar management and travel booking tools

Job Requirements
