Job Description

Conversion Rate Optimisation, E-commerce Account Manager

• Be the primary point of contact for key accounts. • Lead calls confidently, with structure and clear outcomes. • Translate business goals into CRO strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans. • Proactively manage expectations, risks, and priorities. • Build long-term trust through reliability, honesty, and strong communication. • Run delivery in Click Up: scoping, prioritisation, timelines, and accountability. • Write clear briefs that designers and developers can execute without confusion. • QA design and development output to ensure accuracy, polish, and alignment with CRO goals. • Conduct mini and full CRO audits (qualitative and quantitative) and turn insights into clear priorities. • Build CRO roadmaps outlining what we’re doing, why, and how success is measured. • Plan experiments and site improvements that drive CVR, AOV, LTV, and funnel performance. • Lead pods of designers and developers.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in eCommerce, websites, or Shopify.
  • 2+ years' experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • 2+ years' experience as an account manager (agency or similar).
  • Experience leading delivery with designers and developers.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics: CVR, AOV, LTV, funnel performance, and experimentation logic.
  • Comfortable owning client relationships.
  • Strong briefing and QA skills.
