• Own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers • Live on the cutting edge of the next generation of sales and marketing technology • Work with customers to transform their sales and marketing processes to leverage conversational marketing • Deliver and lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework • Interface with Enterprise Architects to outline the optimal technical architecture for customers onboarding Qualified products • Document technical requirements to implement a Qualified Data Model aligned to customers' business objectives • Establish a deep consultative relationship with various client business units • Provide coaching and education to key stakeholders about Conversational Marketing to improve adoption of Qualified products • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders • Identify successful customers and work with Marketing to turn them into advocates with case studies and testimonials • Engage in internal product discussions, bringing customer feedback into actionable insights to help shape the product roadmap • Execute analysis of customer health score to achieve renewal targets

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, governance, and platform reliability, focusing on improving the quality, trust, and usability of data across the organization. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to assess and enhance data quality within an Azure Data Lake environment, optimize end-to-end data pipelines, and contribute to the evolution of scalable data models. A key part of the role involves establishing strong data governance foundations, including cataloging, lineage, privacy, and security, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Purview. Beyond technical execution, you will play an active role in ensuring smooth delivery by collaborating with distributed teams, contributing to CI/CD and automation practices, and maintaining high standards across SDLC processes, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Location: REMOTE Contract: Long-term contract (no benefits, medical, PTO...) Responsibilities - Assess the quality of consolidated and standardized data stored in the Azure Data Lake, recommend improvements, and implement data quality strategies. - Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data quality requirements and implement corrective solutions. - Optimize end‑to‑end data flow and data pipelines, covering extraction, transformation, data quality, and performance improvements. - Work in partnership with the client’s data and IT teams to refine and enhance data models. - Implement foundational Data Governance capabilities, including cataloging, lineage, privacy, and security using Microsoft Purview. - Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent, scalable, and reliable operation of data and analytics platforms. - Work closely with the project team and offshore project manager. - Attend daily stand‑up calls and provide daily status reporting to the client. - Attend fortnightly governance calls with the client. - Follow SDLC processes and maintain all required project documentation.
