• Support all phases of clinical research studies, including investigator identification, site nomination, activation, training, enrollment support, and study close-out. • Provide on-site technical support during clinical procedures and initial product implants, evaluating device performance in the clinical setting. • Serve as a liaison between engineering, clinical research teams, and physicians to ensure proper device use and protocol adherence. • Monitor study progress and support sites in maintaining high-quality data collection and documentation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and clinical teams to understand capabilities, research interests, and patient needs. • Provide feedback to engineering and R&D teams to support product improvements and development of new technologies. • Collaborate with clinical research partners on study protocols, execution, and documentation. • Educate internal teams, sales partners, and customers on technology, clinical applications, and best practices, particularly during product launches.

• Leading and overseeing the design and preparation of substation physical design drawings • Substation One Line and Three Line Station General Arrangements & Sections • Electrical Details Grounding Plan & Details Conduit Plan & Details • Control Cubicle Layout, Sections, Cable Tray, Lighting, and Grounding • Low-Voltage AC Panels Grounding Plan & Details • Lightning Protection Illumination Plan & Details • Leading the design and preparation of engineering studies such as: AC Load Illumination Grounding Lightning Shielding • Development of Bill of Materials based on Design Criteria • Coordination with protection & controls, civil / structural, and drafting disciplines to ensure quality deliverables • Support client meetings, technical discussions, and project planning efforts • Participate in site visits and constructability reviews • Interpreting and incorporating vendor information into design deliverables • Apply client standards related to the work • Perform/ensure company’s Quality assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are being followed on all design packages • Ensure compliance with industry codes (e.g., IEEE, NESC, NEC) and utility standards • Continuous improvement of job-related engineering, technical and professional knowledge, skills, and performance • Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers

• Design and preparation of Protection and Control Drawings: Protective Schemes, Substation Relay One Lines and Three Lines, AC/DC Schematics, Substation Panel Layouts, Substation Wiring Diagram and Cable Schedule, SCADA and Communication Diagrams, DC Systems Calculations, AC Systems Calculations • Development of Equipment Specification and Selection based on Clients Criteria • Development of Bill of Materials based on Design Criteria • Coordination with physical, settings, and drafting disciplines to ensure quality deliverables • Participate in client meetings and perform site visits for data gathering as required • Interpreting and incorporating vendor information into design deliverables • Apply client standards related to the work • Providing field support during construction • Perform/ensure company’s Quality assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are being followed on all design packages • Continuous improvement of job-related engineering, technical and professional knowledge, skills, and performance

• Implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies across the supply base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, key partners, and stakeholders. • Influence decision-making through quality assurance, aligning efforts with customer priorities and mission success. • Interpret and communicate purchase order technical & quality requirements to ensure supplier and subcontractor compliance. • Ensure product requirements are properly flowed down and adhered to by internal teams and sub-tier suppliers. • Assess suppliers throughout supplier engagements related to quality, capability, capacity, opportunity and risk. • Perform technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis. • Manage supplier requests for product and process changes. • Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders. • Identify and resolve supplier risks and systemic issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, lean methodologies, and other analytical tools. • Collaborate across multiple functions and Cross Business Teams (CBTs) to ensure rapid issue resolution. • Oversee First Article Verification, Source Inspection, and supplier assessments, audits, and reviews. • Resolve supplier risks and ensure compliance with program objectives.
