Carrier

• Service-oriented consultation with our customers to ensure their satisfaction • Performing commissioning, fault diagnosis and repairs, and routine maintenance at end customers (heat pumps, gas and oil systems, refrigeration systems) • Recording service activities in the IT system • Participating in on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible

Job Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical school or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician or heating technician
  • Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration or HVAC
  • Ability to work independently, team-oriented and reliable
  • Valid driving licence class B
  • Good spoken and written German
  • Confident appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT/computer skills

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the volume of compliant and profitable lab specimens in your designated territory through ongoing account management, increasing business in existing accounts, and development of new business.
