Sales Development Representative

Agent

• Conduct outreach to dormant customers in our 7,000+ contact database using email, phone, and SMS • Review customer history via Company Cam photos and service documentation • Identify upsell opportunities based on previous service dates and customer needs • Build compelling narratives around service anniversaries and roof health checks • Schedule consultations and document customer interactions in HubSpot • Answer incoming customer phone calls and create new contacts in HubSpot • Generate and manage sales deals, creating logistics appointments for field teams • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to gather customer insights and objection details • Follow up with customers post-appointment to address questions and overcome objections • Adjust and present pricing quotes using our quoting tool based on customer sensitivity • Document all customer interactions, timelines, and decision-making criteria in HubSpot • Use the CSM Audit View to prioritize follow-ups and forecast sales pipeline • Provide after-hours phone coverage (5:00 PM - 7:30 PM PST), with AI handling calls after 7:30 PM • Manage occasional weekend coverage during peak seasons

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, SDR, or customer support-to-sales transition
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or quick ability to learn)
  • Fluent English with excellent phone and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable with VoIP systems, AI tools, and SaaS platforms
  • PST availability with flexibility for extended hours (5:00 PM - 7:30 PM PST minimum)
  • Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
