• Responsible for study, regional or specific country level activities from study startup through conduct and study close • Manage study management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management • Support the development of study level plans • Communication with the local team and internal stakeholders and CRO partner • Responsible for study and/or country vendor management and oversight including follow up and coordination of vendor deliverables
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant global/regional clinical trial management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative
- M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is essential
- Prior and demonstrable experience working at a senior level within Study start up

Role Description The Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. - Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations. - Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports. - Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations. - Determines labor needs to meet production goals. - Assists with budget preparation for operations unit. - Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual and policies. - Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications - Excellent managerial and supervisory skills. - Extensive knowledge of operations and production management. - Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. - Experience in operations and growth of a Native Hawaiian/Alaskan tribal 8(a) organization. - Manage, plan, direct and coordinate operations.
