Job Requirements
- Solid experience in a back-end language and API development. Ruby is our core stack and therefore preferred, though not essential.
- Strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn matter more to us.
- Some experience with front-end development is a bonus.
- Experience in building solutions using cloud-based technologies.
- Experience applying strong engineering practices such as test-driven development and continuous delivery, ideally within event-driven systems, microservice architectures and data streaming platforms.
- Able to be effective in a collaborative team environment.
- Someone who looks at challenging situations through a solutions-focused lens.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
