Head of Operations/Supply Chain
Paired
• Own and manage the full supply chain lifecycle, from demand planning to final delivery • Build and refine inventory forecasting and purchasing strategies using real-time sales and projection data • Plan and execute purchase orders (POs) to maintain optimal stock levels while avoiding stockouts or excess inventory • Develop and manage cash flow forecasting to ensure operational sustainability • Lead communication with manufacturers and shipping partners to ensure production timelines and delivery schedules are met • Continuously negotiate pricing, timelines, and payment terms with suppliers to improve margins and cash efficiency • Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage inventory flow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational accuracy • Partner with the customer service team to ensure clear communication around product availability and delivery timelines • Create structured, digestible reporting for internal decision-making and stakeholder visibility • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and processes across operations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within a DTC or e-commerce environment
- Proven experience in inventory planning, forecasting, and supplier management
- Strong familiarity with Shopify and 3PL ecosystems
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers (Asia-based preferred)
- Strong financial and analytical thinking, with the ability to manage cash flow and operational trade-offs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus

Role Description We’re looking for a Growth Manager to own and drive Vilgain’s e-commerce and marketplace expansion in the US. This role will drive early-stage growth across key channels including Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify (DTC). The focus is on building real commercial momentum, driving discovery, conversion, and repeat purchase as we launch and scale in the US market. In the early stages, Amazon and TikTok Shop will act as primary growth channels, where discovery and trial happen for a brand entering the US. Shopify will evolve as brand awareness builds. This is an early-stage role, we’re looking for someone comfortable building and operating without a fully defined playbook.
