Senior Software Engineer, Data Platform
Veriff
• Maintaining and improving database infrastructure management tooling (mostly Python). • Working on background processing infrastructure. • Maintaining and improving database deployment tooling. • Making sure the developer experience for database users is top-notch. • Ensuring the scalability and reliability of the data layer • Writing Terraform modules and configuring the infrastructure • Participating in on-call shifts
Job Requirements
- Experience with Python
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
- Experience with networking
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with large databases (e.g. we use PostgreSQL) and complex replication patterns
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
