Role Description We’re looking for a Head of CRO who is obsessed with conversions, user behavior, and revenue per visitor. You’ll be our go-to for running rigorous CRO and Landing Page experiments across our portfolio of 80+ e-commerce brands and building high-converting, no-code landing pages using tools like PageDeck or similar. You’ll own the full CRO lifecycle, from hypotheses to A/B testing, to implementation and insights. You’ll work closely with our performance marketers, creative strategists, and brand owners to extract every possible dollar from existing traffic. Responsibilities - Run and analyze CRO tests across internal and external DTC brands, focusing on metrics like CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue per session. - Build landing pages using no-code tools (e.g. PageDeck) that convert like crazy. - Develop experiment roadmaps and testing hypotheses based on data and user behavior (heatmaps, GA4, Hotjar, etc). - Audit existing landing pages and checkouts for friction points, design flaws, and UX gaps. - Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategists to match funnels with ad angles, hooks, and offers. - Document and share learnings across accounts to create a compounding impact on our entire portfolio. - Benchmark and reverse-engineer best-in-class e-commerce funnels and bring innovation to our brands. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of CRO experience in a high-growth eCommerce or performance marketing environment. - Fluent in no-code tools. - Deep understanding of user psychology, funnel mechanics, and mobile-first UX. - Strong analytical skills - comfortable reading and interpreting data from GA4, Shopify, Meta, and heatmap tools. - Exceptional communication and documentation skills. - A testing mindset: you love running experiments and figuring out what actually works. - Comfortable working across multiple accounts at once (we move fast). Compensation - $100K-$350K USD total compensation annually, depending on location. This includes base, performance bonus, and equity package. Location - All of our team is working completely remotely. We’ll make sure your working experience is as comfortable as possible.
