- kennis van Beckhoff of anderen PLC - systemen is een pluspunt;
- je bent sterk technisch onderlegd;
- je bent communicatief sterk en weet een boodschap helder over te brengen;
- naast het Nederlands heb je een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een voordeel.

Role SmarterDx is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to provide advanced, front-line technical and product support for our clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact to handle issues reported by our end users, most of whom are clinical documentation improvement specialists and coders at US health systems. You will be responsible for building trust and empathy with end users, troubleshooting issues, and determining whether problems stem from user error or require escalation to our Customer Support Operations team. Solution Support Device SME (US-Based, Remote) Summary This role manages support for connected device solutions in clinical trials, focusing on operational excellence, troubleshooting, and site engagement. The position is remote, based in the US, and reports to the Associate Director in the EU region.
