• Arming the sales team with great content and identifying new ways to use Novara products to best deliver business solutions jointly with our clients. • Providing technical support throughout the sales process by proactively scoping solutions using Novara products, supplying technical answers that our sales teams rely on and ensuring the “technical close” in the sales process to meet prospect’s needs. • Being the voice from the field providing intelligence on what our clients are doing with our products to improve their business. • Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations for our active deals, while being able to share that knowledge with audiences at all levels (from end-user to C-suite). • Educate clients and prospects on how Novara can potentially fit into their safety and compliance ecosystem and provide value. • Lead the RFP process and management of an ongoing database of questions & responses. • Lead the creation/execution of specific demonstrations and proof of concepts. • Collaborate with sales team members on presentations & configured demonstrations. • Assist in sales training to heighten sales team knowledge of product capabilities and competitive sales strategies/tactics. • Build an understanding of competing products and companies, and what differentiates Novara. • Attend conferences and tradeshows as part of the event contingent preparing and delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and fielding queries from clients and prospects.

• Technical expertise in telecom products and services • Qualify leads and understand customer requirements • Design and propose customized telecom solutions • Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales cycle • Conduct deep dive technical training of Intel 5G network infrastructure

• Architect and deliver Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock • Build GenAI POCs, pilots, and MVPs • Work with foundation models (Claude, Titan, Llama, etc.) • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures • Build scalable GenAI platforms, including vector databases and embedding pipelines • Integrate GenAI into cloud-native and containerized architectures • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams • Evaluate new AWS AI services and recommend best-fit solutions • Translate ambiguous ideas into working GenAI systems

• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS • Design and implement containerized workloads using Docker, Amazon EKS, ECS, and AWS Fargate • Build and deliver POCs, pilots, and MVPs with rapid turnaround • Design microservices-based architectures • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications • Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance best practices • Document architectures, design patterns, and operational guidelines • Provide guidance on AWS architecture standards and cost optimization
