• Conduct welcome calls to newly registered clients and introduce them to the platform • Guide clients through key platform features, helping them take meaningful first steps toward activation • Drive client conversion by proactively engaging users and moving them toward becoming active on the platform • Inform clients about platform updates, new features, or important changes • Address initial client questions and provide clear, helpful guidance • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve the onboarding experience
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic — both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based client interactions
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Prior experience in a conversion, retention, or client success role
- Background in fintech, trading platforms, or digital products
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client outreach workflows

Role Description We’re looking for a Head of CRO who is obsessed with conversions, user behavior, and revenue per visitor. You’ll be our go-to for running rigorous CRO and Landing Page experiments across our portfolio of 80+ e-commerce brands and building high-converting, no-code landing pages using tools like PageDeck or similar. You’ll own the full CRO lifecycle, from hypotheses to A/B testing, to implementation and insights. You’ll work closely with our performance marketers, creative strategists, and brand owners to extract every possible dollar from existing traffic. Responsibilities - Run and analyze CRO tests across internal and external DTC brands, focusing on metrics like CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue per session. - Build landing pages using no-code tools (e.g. PageDeck) that convert like crazy. - Develop experiment roadmaps and testing hypotheses based on data and user behavior (heatmaps, GA4, Hotjar, etc). - Audit existing landing pages and checkouts for friction points, design flaws, and UX gaps. - Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategists to match funnels with ad angles, hooks, and offers. - Document and share learnings across accounts to create a compounding impact on our entire portfolio. - Benchmark and reverse-engineer best-in-class e-commerce funnels and bring innovation to our brands. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of CRO experience in a high-growth eCommerce or performance marketing environment. - Fluent in no-code tools. - Deep understanding of user psychology, funnel mechanics, and mobile-first UX. - Strong analytical skills - comfortable reading and interpreting data from GA4, Shopify, Meta, and heatmap tools. - Exceptional communication and documentation skills. - A testing mindset: you love running experiments and figuring out what actually works. - Comfortable working across multiple accounts at once (we move fast). Compensation - $100K-$350K USD total compensation annually, depending on location. This includes base, performance bonus, and equity package. • The Sr. Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to target prospects, including message development, prospect identification, and outreach. • The role may lead to the inside sales function for a specific geographic area, line of business, segment, or customer type. • The manager will identify, nurture, and convert leads to expand the sales pipeline and drive new client acquisition. • Additionally, the role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales activities with the outside sales team, operations, and marketing. • Regularly review industry-related news articles, reports, and press releases to identify potential leads. • Work with Operations, Marketing, and Outside Sales to develop and execute strategies for identifying prospects aligned with GTM, marketing campaigns, and business imperatives. • Identify decision makers within targeted accounts through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and other tools. • Place proactive outbound calls and emails to potential prospects to establish qualified leads for the Outside Sales team. • Work as a key liaison between sales and marketing teams to effectively vet and qualify new, inbound leads to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales activities. • Manage the transition and hand-off of qualified leads to the Outside Sales team, including scheduling the follow-up meeting. • Conduct pre-call research and planning to set goals for the call and to anticipate the prospect's needs. • Initiate and conduct proactive call and email campaigns designed to follow up with prospects who have shown interest in doing business with the company. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine proactive engagement in UBC’s marketing content and thought leadership. • Ensure all lead and opportunity data is properly and centrally updated in Salesforce (SFDC), compliant with company policies and practices, to inform stakeholders on pipeline health and forecasted sales expectations properly. • Verify and complete required data, including verification of lead and contact records in SFDC lead response details, notes, and any follow-up actions by the sales team. • Establish regular reporting and collaboration cadence with key stakeholders. • Communicate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Management, learning from inbound/outbound calls and associated changes needed to make the business process as strong as possible. • Ensure call scripts and outbound messaging align with UBC go-to-market positioning; amend/refine as needed.
