Job Description

Field Application Engineer – AI Systems, Solutions

Tenstorrent Inc.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise EMEA customers, leading deployments, integrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key European customers, delivering trainings and workshops on Tenstorrent architecture, system integration, and best practices. • Own technical execution for Galaxy server deployments from PoC through production, including system architecture (memory, storage, networking, clusters) and complex system-level debug. • Collaborate closely with global Systems Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues, improve product quality, and support business growth in EMEA. • Act as the voice of the customer by translating feedback into engineering improvements, influencing roadmap and feature priorities, and mentoring junior engineers as the EMEA CS organization scales.

Job Requirements

  • A seasoned systems engineer with 8+ years across hardware, software, and firmware in HPC, AI, or high-performance computing environments.
  • Customer-focused technologist who can translate complex technical concepts into business value and build trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Skilled at system-level problem solving—comfortable debugging issues across the full stack from silicon to application layer.
  • Strong technical communicator who can present solutions to both engineering teams and customer executives.
  • Comfortable with regular travel (30-40%) across Germany, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
  • German and English fluency required; additional European languages a strong plus.

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Programmer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications.
