We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Azure Cloud Engineer. - Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments. - Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. - Administer and support Windows Server environments and Active Directory. - Implement Azure security best practices, including Key Vault, Defender, and identity management. - Monitor and optimize system performance using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. - Support cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization initiatives. - Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance within healthcare environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and maintain healthcare IT systems aligned with compliance requirements (HIPAA). Qualifications - Proven experience as a Senior Azure / Windows Systems Administrator. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services. - Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). - Solid scripting skills with PowerShell. - Experience with Azure security tools such as Key Vault and Microsoft Defender. - Knowledge of monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. - Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking. - Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments and migrations. - Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and HIPAA compliance is highly desirable. - English level: B2 or higher. • Solve customer support requests using industry-leading tools. • Solve the most challenging customer needs across Azure-hosted environments. • Ensure customer delight with thoughtful and innovative solutions to customer requests. • Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues within Azure. • Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure including virtual networks, compute, storage, and security services. • Support Azure governance, policy enforcement, and compliance configurations aligned to healthcare regulatory requirements. • Periodic on-call rotations for 24/7 support requests. • Continuously expand your Azure and broader cloud engineering experience and skills. • Managed critical L2 Support Engineering needs, including deployments of new services using Infrastructure as Code and other innovative solutions.

• Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of cloud spend across multiple cloud and AI vendors, identifying usage trends and areas for optimization and efficiency gains • Build and maintain detailed bottoms-up financial models for cloud infrastructure spend, including long-range forecasts, cost driver analyses, and investment scenario modeling • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to design and execute cloud cost optimization initiatives, including savings plans strategies and resource right-sizing • Support contract negotiations through scenario modeling of cloud usage, pricing, and discount structure • Build and maintain cloud & AI unit economics reporting and forecasting including cost allocation models that connect cloud cost impact to product roadmap • Improve tools, data pipelines, and automation (ETL, APIs, ML forecasting models) that enhance cloud financial management and spend prediction • Develop dashboards, automated reporting, and executive-level reviews to track cloud spend, efficiency metrics, and KPIs

• Tech lead two teams (DevEx and Cloud Infrastructure) totaling 6–8 engineers: set technical direction, review key designs/changes, and raise engineering standards across both domains. • Own the delivery toolchain end-to-end (Git, CI, deployments/releases): reduce flakiness, improve build/test times, make releases repeatable with clear rollback, and drive adoption of org-wide standards through tooling, docs, and supported migrations. • Own the reliability and scalability of Traackr's cloud infrastructure: keep production well-architected, cost-efficient, and resilient. Lead incident response and blameless postmortems; drive preventive improvements. • Improve the software development lifecycle (setup → build/test → PR → deploy → observe) and standardize environments so teams spend less time on tooling and more time shipping. • Identify high-value opportunities to integrate AI into developer workflows — e.g. code review, onboarding, or internal search — with sensible defaults around security and data handling. • Mentor engineers and raise the bar through documentation, pairing, and lightweight coaching.
