• Join a cross-functional squad responsible for building and delivering BaaS solutions. • Shape scalable and repeatable solutions based on client needs. • Lead solution design from idea to live delivery, ensuring clarity and timeliness. • Participate in pre-sales activities and manage delivery execution by removing blockers. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure comprehensive solution feasibility. • Monitor and correct outcomes based on revenue potential, time-to-market, and margins. • Contribute to building playbooks and scaling deliveries.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in product roles (BaaS, fintech, Embedded Finance, SaaS or payments).
  • Understand the BaaS value chain: accounts, payments, compliance, cards, client onboarding.
  • Experience working directly with clients to translate unclear needs into product propositions.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable signing off scope and being accountable.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions: Sales, Compliance, Engineering, Finance.
  • Pragmatic and independent with problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on value, cost, and impact.
