Job Requirements
- Experience & industry knowledge: You have at least 3 years in an operational role – ideally in FMCG or a similarly fast-paced industry – and are familiar with the full process from order placement to final rollout at the retailer.
- Language proficiency: You speak German at a native level – whether communicating with partners, suppliers, or internally, you are clear and confident.
- Precision & process mindset: Deadlines, quantities, procedures – you keep track, work in a structured way, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Stakeholder management: You know how to communicate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers – managing expectations, defining requirements clearly, and actively cultivating relationships.
- Hands-on attitude: You make decisions, take ownership, and drive things forward without waiting for someone else to take the first step.
Benefits

- Flexible working hours: Allowing you to balance personal and professional commitments flexibly and with ease.
- Deutschlandticket: For greater flexibility and mobility.
- Urban Sports Club membership: Because we know how important physical health and balance are.
- Ownership: With trust and freedom to shape your role, you have direct impact on our company's success and help drive our growth.

- Growth opportunities: Both personal and professional — you can develop and explore new directions.
- Team events: We regularly invite all employees to Berlin to spend quality time together and strengthen connections.
- Home office equipment: We provide your full setup so you can start working from home right away.
- Individual travel budget: For your visits to Berlin to work from the office.
- Team: A fast-moving, young, dynamic, and highly motivated team in the heart of Berlin (Hackescher Markt).
- An inspiring culture: Everyone counts here. Flat hierarchies, fast decisions, and true teamwork are at the core.
