Operations Architect
General Dynamics
• Designing and optimizing operational architectures, systems, and data flows • Developing functional workflows, integration designs, and data conversion strategies across the various teams within a program • Translating business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs aligned with organizational goals • Supporting end-to-end SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, design, testing, defect resolution, and production stabilization • Troubleshooting and resolving complex operational issues across integrations, conversions, and other operational workflows • Executing and enhancing production operations and reporting workflows • Supporting the triaging and resolution of incidents for internal and external stakeholders • Building dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting using tools to provide transparency and inform leadership decisions • Collaborating with cross-functional technical, data, and business teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant system performance • Supporting system releases, cutover readiness, data validations, and post-deployment stabilization activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience
- 7+ years of experience supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) programs
- Expert experience gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency using PL/SQL, APIs, XML, and Power BI
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce for incident analysis and resolution and other operational-related processes
- Hands-on experience designing and executing data conversions, integrations, and batch processing frameworks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Proficient with agile delivery workflows, JIRA, Confluence, and related SDLC tools
- Experience identifying data quality issues, developing operational dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights
- Experience supporting distributed data collection applications and external stakeholder operations
- Understanding of cloud-enabled operational architectures (e.g., AWS provisioning frameworks)
- Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years

Role Description Perform clinical laboratory testing and diagnostics in support of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency medical services according to International Medical Corps protocols and laboratory safety standards. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation. Main Tasks and Responsibilities - Collect laboratory samples including blood and other clinical specimens. - Perform laboratory testing such as hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology as required. - Prepare and process samples including centrifugation and specimen preparation. - Record and report laboratory results accurately and maintain confidentiality. - Maintain laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance. - Ensure laboratory safety and hygiene protocols are followed. - Manage laboratory inventory and supplies. - Support clinicians with diagnostic information required for patient treatment. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Laboratory technician diploma or relevant medical laboratory degree. - Minimum 1–2 years laboratory experience desirable. - Knowledge of laboratory diagnostic and safety procedures. - Ability to operate laboratory equipment safely. - Fluency in English required.
