• End-to-end responsibility for our order management: from order intake and coordination to on-time delivery to retail partners — you are the primary point of contact for all B2B sales matters. • Ensure master data accuracy across all platforms — in our own shop as well as with retail partners like dm and Rossmann. From item setup and portal transmissions to resolving data-related queries, you are the central contact for product data. • Manage all operational B2B projects — from product rollouts and display activations to seasonal campaigns. • Track and analyze inventory, delivery and POS data — you identify what’s working and where improvements are needed. • Interface management between retail partners, logistics providers and internal departments — you ensure everyone pulls in the same direction. • Optimize and automate retailer order management for efficient, error-free processing across all channels. • Coordinate internal teams and communicate clearly about project status, timelines and standards.

• You will be a close business partner to our teams, collaborating with colleagues to translate their requirements into actionable data solutions and support them in decision-making. • You will build and maintain scalable data models to support analysis and reporting requirements. • You will develop and optimize data products to enable self-service analytics across the company. • You will evolve our data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and delivery. • You will ensure data quality through test frameworks, validation processes, and comprehensive documentation. • You will confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for data-informed approaches, including with senior stakeholders.
• As our new CMO (all genders), you will be the strategic leader for all marketing activities and drive Maniko's sustainable growth. • You will connect performance marketing with brand building, develop our international go-to-market strategy, and lead a cross-functional marketing team of 15+ people. • With your data-driven mindset and hands-on approach, you will ensure every marketing euro measurably contributes to company development. • You will be responsible for a marketing budget of over €5 million and work closely with all relevant stakeholders to establish Maniko as a leading beauty brand in the European market. • Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy for sustainable growth in e-commerce and retail. • Own all marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CLV and brand metrics. • Data-driven reporting and continuous optimization of marketing performance. • Build, lead and further develop a high-performance marketing team. • Strategic planning and optimization of all performance channels (Paid Social, Paid Search/SEO, Influencer Marketing, CRO). • Efficient new customer acquisition with a focus on sustainable growth and profitable ROAS. • Build and optimize CRM strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. • Develop retention programs including print mailings, events and loyalty initiatives. • Responsible for further developing brand positioning and ensuring consistent roll-out across all touchpoints.
