The Senior Tax Accountant will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of international tax topics, playing a key role in global compliance, reporting, and research. Our Tax team owns Smartsheet’s global tax strategy, including the quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740), federal and state compliance, and indirect tax reporting. In addition to managing complex filing cycles and global account reconciliations, the team navigates a variety of challenging tax technical topics. You will report to our International Tax Manager, who is based in the United States. Ideal candidates reside within the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
